Classic Irish Coffee
A refreshing twist on the classic mojito with aromatic Thai basil and premium lime syrup
Ingredients
SILPIN Thai Lemongrass Syrup
15 ml.
White Rum
50 ml.
Fresh Thai Basil Leaves
7-8 Leaves
Soda Water
100 ml.
Ice Cubes
Lime Wedges
2-3 pcs.

2-3 Spray
Instructions
- Add Thai basil leaves to a glass and gently muddle to release the
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour in the white rum and SILPIN Thai Lemongrass Syrup
- Top with soda water and stir gently
- Garnish with fresh Thai basil and lime wedges
- Sprays SILPIN SARAAN Edible Perfume
- Serve immediately and enjoy
