Sugar
60 grams
Japanese Agar powder
10 grams

Instructions
Mix sugar and agar powder. Add water and stir until dissolved.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Boil over medium heat, stirring until clear.
- Remove from heat, add SILPIN Chulalongkorn Rose Gastronomic Oil, and mix. Pour into molds and chill until set.
