Coconut Sticky Rice

Sticky Rice

Coconut Milk
1/2 cup
Palm Sugar
3 tbsp

1/4 tsp
Instructions
Steam your sticky rice until it is fully cooked, then set it aside to rest.
Simmer coconut milk and sugar together in a pot.
Stir the cooked sticky rice into the warm coconut milk mixture.
Remove the pot from the heat and add 1/4 teaspoon of SILPIN Samui Coconut Gastronomic Oil.
Mix everything well, cover the pot, and let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
