Coconut Sticky Rice

Traditional glutinous rice soaked in sweet coconut milk. The infusion of SILPIN Samui Coconut Gastronomic Oil adds a toasted, creamy depth that evokes the breezy coconut groves of Southern Thailand.

Coconut Milk

1/2 cup

Palm Sugar

Instructions

  • Steam your sticky rice until it is fully cooked, then set it aside to rest.

  • Simmer coconut milk and sugar together in a pot.

  • Stir the cooked sticky rice into the warm coconut milk mixture.

  • Remove the pot from the heat and add 1/4 teaspoon of SILPIN Samui Coconut Gastronomic Oil.

  • Mix everything well, cover the pot, and let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
