Mango Sticky Rice Ice-Cream

Coconut milk
40 grams
Sugar
45 grams
Gelatin

Instructions
Mix cream, coconut milk, sugar, coloring, and gelatin.
Heat over low heat for 5 mins until dissolved.
Remove from heat and drop in SILPIN Ripe Thai Mango & Samui Coconut Gastronomic Oil.
Strain, cool, and churn in ice cream maker for 10-15 mins. Freeze for 1 hour.
