Orange Chicken with Thai Orange

Water

Cornstarch
Sugar

Instructions
Take your marinated chicken and coat it thoroughly with flour.
Deep fry the chicken until it is crispy, then set it aside.
Create a sauce by stirring water with cornstarch. Add sugar and heat the mixture until the sauce thickens.
Remove the sauce from the heat and add 1/8 teaspoon of SILPIN Thai Orange Gastronomic Oil, mixing it in well.
Toss the crispy fried chicken with the prepared orange sauce and serve immediately.
